Draft Resolution of Government on Open Data Put for Discussion

A single state interactive services portal launched a system to discuss drafts of the developed normative-legal acts and assessment of existing regulations affecting business – RIA.

Each participant can write a comment for any article of the discussed draft legal act. After the end of discussion all comments will be reviewed by authority, who responsible for the preparation of the document and the most effective suggestions will be included in the new edition of the draft legal act.

The system is directed at implementing the law on transparency of public bodies. In assessment system, it is also possible to support the most liked opinion from the comments. “Support” button enables you to recognize your liked statement in favor of a particular interpreter without any additional notes to him.

The first document, which was published for discussion, was a resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Uzbekistan “On measures for further improvement of the Governmental portal of the Republic of Uzbekistan on the Internet, taking into account the provision of government open data”.

Beeline Expands its GPRS-Roaming in the Hong Kong

Largest communication operator Beeline expanded its GPRS roaming geography.

The cooperation agreement was signed with the company “China-mobile” (Hong Kong), the operator said.

“It is important for roaming subscribers not only to stay connected while traveling around the world, but also be able to fully access to Internet. That’s why the status of innovative leader commits Beeline provide customer support networks in the largest possible number of operators.”

Says Technical Director of “Unitel” LLC Eugene Kluchev.

Beeline has been leading roaming operator in Uzbekistan since 2010. The company is also a leader in the segments of voice roaming (483 operators in 184 countries), GPRS-roaming (345 operators are in 156 countries) and 3G-roaming (282 operators are in 146 countries) and CAMEL – roaming (207 operators are in 96 countries).
