Beeline Uzbekistan offers free incoming calls

Beeline Uzbekistan plans to offer free incoming calls for subscribers of its Simple Things, Simple Things Plus and Neighbors tariffs from 26 October. The internal roaming rate will also be cancelled for incoming calls.
