Babilon-Mobile launches top-up request service

Tajikistan mobile operator Babilon-Mobile has introduced a free service enabling subscribers to send a request to other subscribers to top up their balance. The service is accessible over the USSD menu and up to ten such messages can be sent daily in Tajik, Russia or English. Addressees receive an SMS informing them of the request.
