Azercell wins in customer satisfaction study
Customer satisfaction with mobile operators in Azerbaijan has increased and customers are happier with operators Azercell and Bakcell while Azerfon customers are less satisfied. Customer satisfaction for Azercell and Bakcell increased to 87.6 and 86.3 points out of 100 points, respectively. Although Azercell’s customer satisfaction rose 9.8 percent, it was lower at 85.1 points. The average customer satisfaction with telecommunications services stood at 86.8 points. Meanwhile, Azercell customers are most loyal with its loyalty index totaling 89.7 points while Bakcell followed at 88.7 points and Azerfon with 87.8 points.
