Azercell Offers Bonus for Top-Ups

Azerbaijan mobile operator Azercell has started a promotion aimed at its SimSim prepaid subscribers. It is offering 30 minutes of monthly on-net calls with top-ups by AZN 3. The offer is available until 28 August and the bonus minutes can be used across the country, except in the capital city and Absheron peninsula.
