Android 4.1 Update Available For AT&T LG Escape

AT&T has announced that the Android 4.1 Jelly Bean update is currently available for the LG Escape. Jelly Bean features several enhancements, including changes to the notification display that groups updates from the same application together and allows users to expand or collapse notifications. Customers will also be able to view the full text of an SMS message and the full photo of an MMS in the notification window. AT&T DriveMode is also now available through the Jelly Bean update. The DriveMode app is designed to limit texting while driving by automatically replying to texts, emails and wireless callers once a user’s car reaches 25 mph. Customers can update the software from their phone with a Wi-Fi connection.
