Altel Changes 3G Network Switch off Dates

Altel has modified the dates for the switch of its Jet 3G network in the cities and suburbs of Almaty and Astana. The Jet network will be switched off in Almaty and Astana and areas within a 15 km on 31 August. For areas within a 60 km radius from Almaty, including Yesik, Kapshagay, Talgar and Kaskelen, as wel as in Borovoye and Shchuchinsk, the switch off will happen on 15 September. Huawei E 3276 or ZTE MF 823 LTE modems will be offered free free to subscribers using 3G services over USB modems.
