Armenian telecom laws are regulated by “Public Services Regulatory Commission” branded as PSRC. The purpose of PSRC is to facilitate the citizens of Armenia in telecommunication services and is looking forward to modernize and enhance the telecom facilities throughout Armenia.

The telecom operators provide telecom services to the citizens of Armenia under the law based by the PSRC. The Regulatory commission establishes, amend or implement rules, regulations and procedures such as license issuing to both mobile and fixed land lines.
